Copyright licenses are available for “Individual”, “Agency”-wide, and “Enterprise”-wide purchasing options. “Individual” copyright covers one individual buyer (ex.: solo entrepreneur). “Agency”-wide copyright covers all employees within one agency/one location (ex.: one hospital, one school, one nonprofit). “Enterprise” copyright covers all employees of organizational entities with multiple agencies, branches, and locations under one umbrella (ex.: hospital systems, school districts, corporations, government branches, state coalitions with multiple members, etc.). License Type: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license.

Individual Licensing Option: covers one individual buyer.

Agency Licensing Option: covers all employees within one agency in one location (ex.: one hospital, one school, one nonprofit). Please note that organizational entities with multiple agencies, branches, and locations under one umbrella (ex.: hospital systems, school districts, corporations, government branches, state coalitions with multiple members, etc.) do not qualify for “Agency” level pricing and must purchase “Enterprise” level option.

Enterprise Licensing Option: covers all employees of organizational entities with multiple agencies, branches, and locations under one umbrella (ex.: hospital systems, school districts, corporations, government branches, state coalitions with multiple members, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing the Enterprise option, please enter not only the name of your agency but the names of all locations/satellite offices/member agencies that are included under your organizational umbrella during the checkout process.

Purchased licensed images will not contain the watermark.
