License Type: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license.

         3. What are your licensing options? 

Individual Licensing Option: covers one individual buyer.

Agency Licensing Option: covers all employees within one agency in one location (ex.: one hospital, one school, one nonprofit). Please note that organizational entities with multiple agencies, branches, and locations under one umbrella (ex.: hospital systems, school districts, corporations, government branches, state coalitions with multiple members, etc.) do not qualify for “Agency” level pricing and must purchase “Enterprise” level option.

Enterprise Licensing Option: covers all employees of organizational entities with multiple agencies, branches, and locations under one umbrella (ex.: hospital systems, school districts, corporations, government branches, state coalitions with multiple members, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing the Enterprise option, please enter not only the name of your agency but the names of all locations/satellite offices/member agencies that are included under your organizational umbrella during the checkout process.

        4. Is refund available?

Access Info: You will have immediate access to all included materials and bonuses right after purchase via our copyright license portal. You will have access to the portal for the term of 3 years (copyright license term).
